Based on the stage of project implementation and kind of activities, a 3-tier project management & construction supervision system is developed.

 

1st tier consists of the IRCLASS PMC team based in Nepal and actively monitors the progress of the construction sites for education & health projects.

 

2nd tier consists of the Scientists & District Team leaders from CSIR-CBRI Roorkee. They have been allocated districts as given below. They will be supervising the sites, interacting with site engineers, and randomly visiting construction sites.

 

3rd tier consists of Dr N. Gopalakrishnan, Director, CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee, Dr. Ajay Chaurasia, Dr. Suvir Singh & Architect Sh. S K Negi (Project Team Leaders from CBRI Roorkee) & Mr. Ajay Hazarika from IRCLASS PMC based in Kathmandu.
